Our Return Policy
Every cover is hand-block printed and chosen with care, and we want it to feel right in your home. If it doesn't, returns are simple.
30-day returns
You can return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in the original packaging.
How to start a return
- Reply to your order confirmation email, or contact us at support@danielleoakeyshop.com
- We'll email you a prepaid return label.
- Pack your item securely and drop it off with the carrier.
Return shipping
A flat $6 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll issue a full refund with no return shipping fee. If you added shipping protection at checkout, you can also file a claim through Route.
International orders
Customers outside the US are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Please note
• We do not offer exchanges. For a different pattern or size, return your item and place a new order.
• Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
• Gift cards are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Because each cover is hand-block printed, slight variations in color and print are a natural part of the process and are not considered defects.
