What is your return policy?

We accept returns for full refund on unused products if contact is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Please email support@danielleoakeyshop.com to initiate return process.

Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Return shipping costs for damaged goods are determined on a case by case basis

Do you have fabric samples available? 

We do not offer fabric samples but we do accept returns for a full refund!

How do I wash and care for my pillow covers?

We recommend spot cleaning.

Which pillow insert should I use? 

 We recommend using these inserts  and going up a size for our square pillow covers. For example: use a 22" x 22" insert for a 20" x 20" pillow cover. We make our lumbar pillow covers slightly smaller than the listed size (13" x 19") to fit the standard insert perfectly.
