Refund policy

Returns
We want every cover to feel right in your space. If it doesn't, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached.

How to return
Reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at support@danielleoakeyshop.com to start a return. We'll email you a prepaid return label.

Return shipping
A flat $6 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll issue a full refund with no return shipping fee. If you purchased shipping protection at checkout, you may also file a claim through Route.

International orders
Customers outside the US are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Please note
• We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different pattern or size, please return your item and place a new order.
• Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
• Gift cards are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Each cover is hand-block printed, so slight variations in color and print are a natural part of the process and are not considered defects.
